Another sign that things are getting back to a new normal. We will be flying at the Oxford Balloon Festival on the weekend of 21st and 22nd August. We will be flying one of our Happy Birthday balloons in the mornings, which is the best time at a festival because the hot air balloons move more slowly and there is a better chance of taking good pictures.
